配料
葱花,姜末,蒜末,蛋清,精盐,鸡精,料酒,花生油各适量。
1.将茼蒿洗净,切成末。
2.将豆腐粘碎,加入精盐,蛋清,鸡精,料酒搅均。
3.坐锅点火倒油,待油热后放入葱,蒜,姜煸出香味,加入豆腐,茼蒿翻炒至熟即可。
